Keep Sparkling in the Sunshine!

As the sun blazes and temperatures soar across the country, summer brings a special kind of challenge for our furry friends. While we keep ourselves cool, same is needed to be kept in mind for our furry bundle of joy. Depending on the breed and age do consult your veterinarian for the right amount of exercise in the cooler times of the day. Even a few minutes in a parked car which has no ventilation can prove fatal! Always monitor your pet for their body language, you will immediately now how they feel.

Summer care is about being cool, comfortable & compassionate. Heatstroke, dehydration, burnt paws, and skin infections can turn the sunny season into a health hazard for dogs, especially in our climate. Focus on cooling treats, keeping your pet hydrated, grooming right, walking schedules and you sure shall be cool with your furry paws. Plan a vacation, do some splashing, my favourite memories are with Sparkle and our summer holidays. The splash pools, long leash and the banks of the river and Sparkle believing himself to be an otter – his only mission to collect under water stones- those were his diamonds. Sparkle always a Sparkling diamonds for all of us! The snuggled-up talks with love, bonding, and gentle care become some of the most precious and favourite memories. Love, after all, is in the little actions—like checking the water bowl more often or simply choosing the shade over the sun for your evening stroll.
