Reiki for mystic healing
Man’s association with dogs dates back to centuries. The ubiquitous dog has been considered man’s best friend for as long as this universe existed. So, have our Gods also felt the canine love? Sure, here’s more on our legendary canines! Reiki wonders…
Reiki wonders…
A 17-year-old Pomeranian used to cry the whole day long. I sent her distant Reiki for 21 days. Her crying reduced by nearly 70-80% as told to me by her pet parents.
A Golden Retriever had low energy levels, with problems with her heart, spondilytis and her spleen. I sent distant Reiki for 21 days. There was a marked difference in her energy levels as observed by her pet parent.
So, what is Reiki?
‘Rei’ means ‘Universal’ and ‘Ki’ means ‘Life force or Energy.’ Reiki is an alternative non-invasive healing method. It is independent of thoughts, feelings & religious practices.
It acts on aura level, physical level, and emotional level and is thus a holistic system of healing. There are three levels of Reiki and an individual who is attuned and trained in giving such treatments can give Reiki. One should preferably select a person who has at least completed level two of Reiki.
Pets and Reiki…
Animals respond very well to Reiki treatments. It can help cats, dogs, fishes, birds, horses, pigs or any other domestic animals that need the treatment including the animals kept in the zoos. Some of the benefits include:
- It can be used to treat all types of illnesses, injuries and emotional problems.
- Reiki can accelerate the healing process, ease pain and improve the quality of a pet’s life.
- It can delay the onset and progression of certain diseases and can energize and revitalize older animals.
- For pets in the last stages of life, Reiki is a powerful yet gentle way to provide comfort and relief from pain, fear of the unknown and anxiety.
Reiki and other treatments…
Reiki, being non-invasive, can be given along with other allopathic, homeopathic or any other medical treatment administered to the pet. If at all, Reiki will help speed the healing process by supporting the medical treatment.
Distance healing…
Whenever possible ‘hands-on’ treatment should be given. If it is not possible to take the animal to the healer or the healer to the animal for Reiki treatment, then ‘Distance healing’ will definitely work. Distance healing can also be done using a photograph of the animal to be treated wherever possible.
Duration of the treatment…
There is no fixed duration for Reiki treatment. It depends on the type of problem the animal is facing, the duration of illness, and the capacity of the animal to take such a treatment. The duration can be decided on the response given by the animal for the given Reiki treatment.
Nevertheless, 21 days is the minimum time period. For long-term results, Reiki therapy should be continued for a longer period till there is a remarkable difference in the pet’s condition. Though Reiki cannot replace medical treatment but can be tried along with it.
