Can you catnap?

Do you sleep for a short while during day? Do you wake up with the slightest noise during such naps? If youranswer is yes to both, then you are actually catnapping. Even though most of you would address your kitties as sleeping beauties, but you all would agree that they get up on hearing the faintest sound. This is catnap. So, what about a catnap during lunch hour at office, just wake up as soon as your boss opens the door to your cabin!
