HOMECARE Christmas cake
Ingredients: 2 cups baking flour, 2 eggs,
1/2 cup corn oil, 1/2 cup margarine, 1/4 kg chicken liver, 1-2 pieces cooked chicken liver, then crumbled, 1/2 cup yogurt, 4 teaspoon baking powder.
What’s cooking…
Combine flour and baking powder and set it aside. In a mixing bowl, beat softened margarine until smooth. Add eggs and corn oil; mix it well then add liver, and mix until smooth. Add flour mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour batter into cake pan. Bake at 325° F/160° C for 60 minutes. Let it cool completely for a few minutes before removing it from the pan. Place cake on a serving plate and spread yogurt over top and sides of entire cake. Sprinkle crumbled chicken liver over top to delight your darling.

Ingredients : 2 cups chicken liver broth,
2 cups baking flour, 2 eggs, pinch of
baking soda.
What’s cooking…
Mix fresh chicken liver broth with baking flour until dough. Then add eggs, baking soda to the dough until it blends completely. Then cut into your treat sizes. Press it into your greased oven pan. Bake at 325 ° F/160 ° C, until ready to treat your pooch…!!!
